I am beginning my first year as a Parkview Panther, and my 12th year as an educator. In addition to teaching language arts classes, I am also the head track & field coach as well as the wide receivers coach for the football program.

Junior Language Arts Week of Nov. 2-6	Senior Language Arts Week of Nov. 2-6
My classes just completed the Age of Reason, with a literary focus on political documents and speeches by Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine & Patrick Henry. We will be starting the Romantic Period this week.	The Seniors are beginning their last major unit on Shakespeare and are beginning to read *Macbeth* and will finish with Hamlet and the sonnets before Christmas break.
